Good afternoon! Sorry for the lack of updates this week, I've been busy trying to get ready for the holiday season. And I have to go out today and buy myself a coat. We lived in Tampa for 5 years and it didn't get cold enough there for a coat, but now that we're in DC, I'm finding out that the jacket I currently have isn't warm enough for the cold weather that has arrived lol. Hello all! I hope you're having a wonderful weekend so far. I went to get a haircut today (yay me!) and I feel so much better. It's amazing how a haircut or new hairdo can make you feel so much better; I'm actually in the middle of doing the elements for my new FTU kit, so I should have it up no later than Sunday afternoon. Woohoo, it's Friday! And DH will be home for the next 4 days, so I'll have time to play on the computer lol. We had a beautiful Indian summer day (is it PC to say "Indian Summer"?). Well, it was about 73 today and lots of sunshine, so the girls and I spent most of the day at the playground and down on the river watching the sailboats. Good Monday afternoon! I hope everyone had a good weekend; mine was uneventful. Grammy picked up Jasmine Friday afternoon and took her trick-or-treating and then Jasmine spent the night. Brianna stayed home with me and Daddy and helped pass out candy to all 8 trick-or-treaters we got! Sunday I did a bit of shopping at Wal-Mart and the grocery store. I also started Christmas shopping. Where has this year gone? I can't believe I've been out of the military for 7 months. Well, I've been cursing the computer trying to learn how to use Zen Cart, so I haven't made any kits today, but I do have 2 new templates for you!
